With AGENCY 3.0’s Email Newsletter Tools our non-profit has an extremely easy and professional way to reach hundreds of people in our audience. People love it! In our first newsletter, we had a link to a video on our website, provided a link for donations, and allowed readers to forward the newsletter on to friends. It’s a great way to stay in touch with our donors, volunteers, Board, families and friends. The newsletter application has a great tracking tool so we can manage our mailing lists, see who is reading the newsletter and provide reports as to its effectiveness. We also used the tool to create an event newsletter so that we can update attendees (or potential attendees) on the events we have planned. We provide a link for buying tickets online — which saves us money on processing fees!
