Creating a website is only the first step in creating a presence on the web for your business. Every website needs maintenance over time and AGENCY 3.0 provides affordable, flexible support contracts that allow you to focus on what you do best while we maintain, monitor, update and support your website.
Your business purchases 20 hour blocks of time for one low fee and these hours are added to your pool of available support time. The time never expires, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing a contract for more or less hours then you need. When your pool of available hours gets close to running out we will let you know so you can purchase more time.
All of your support requests are made through our web-based project manager. You can post a description of your request and a member of our team will let you know how long your request will take. For example, If the request takes 1 hour we will deduct one hour from your pool of available support time and notify you when your request has been completed.
We have a broad definition of “support & maintenance”. If you need us to add a testimonial to your site, swap out photos, add new pages of content, correct a spelling error it is covered by our definition of “support”. Essentially, we include everything except functional or design changes to your site. We won’t build you a new site or change the functionality of your site under the umbrella of a support contract, but we will maintain the site you have (even if we didn’t build your site originally).
